Manager - Outside Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented to lead and grow our agency channel.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing agency teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving agency growth, profitability, and overall performance.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze agency performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement effective coaching and training programs to enhance agent productivity and sales skills.
- Develop and implement incentive plans to motivate and reward top- performing agents.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the agency channel, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
