Manager - Outside Sales - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Manage and build the life insurance product person network. Focus recruitment, sales growth, preparing employees, and handling performance.
Responsibility:
- Hire and train new agents.
- Reach sales goals and improve agent output.
- Give agents resources, assistance, and training.
- Verify adherence to corporate rules and guidelines.
- Track and report on sales results.
Requirements:
- two or more years of insurance sales or agency management experience.
- strong communication and leadership skills.
- knowledge in life insurance policies.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
