Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Research and build databases of prospective clients in the recruitment, staffing, and IT sales sectors.
- Qualify leads through discovery calls to understand client needs and determine fit for Salesforce CRM solutions.
Sales Execution:
- Present Salesforce CRM products to prospective clients, highlighting their value and ROI.
- Schedule and conduct product demos in collaboration with pre-sales teams.
- Manage objections, answer client queries, and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Pipeline & CRM Management:
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently adding new leads and moving them through the sales funnel.
- Use Salesforce CRM to document all sales activities, track leads, and ensure accurate forecasting.
Collaboration & Feedback:
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize outbound campaigns.
- Provide market feedback to the product team to improve offerings and address client needs.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in selling Salesforce CRM solutions or SaaS products.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets through cold outreach.
Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Expertise in using Salesforce CRM for sales activities.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide value-driven solutions.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
- Outbound sales experience in recruitment, staffing, or IT sales sectors.
Mandatory -Familiarity with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
