Manager - Outbound Sales - Health & Life Insurance Vertical (6-8 yrs)
Job Purpose: Sales through Direct Tele channel - Health and Life Insurance
Key Accountabilities :
1) Deliver sales through Call Center Partner
- Responsible to Achieve New Business GWP target from Call Center
- Ensure that sales portfolio conforms to the company and digital strategy
2) Call Center Management :
- Identify areas of improvement in calling strategy, script and lead received
- Analyze call center data & listen to voice of customers to see areas of improvements
3) Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Ensure that sales scripts are compliant with internal guidelines
4) Sales Process Management :
- Design & constantly enhance the sales processes to drive up productivity / customer experience
5) Competition Analysis :
- Closely monitor Competitors on key parameters such as their planning and initiative on digital sales contribution
Knowledge/Skills :
- Networking & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Good Knowledge of using Tools such as Statistical Modelling
- Analysis and reporting

Qualifications :
- Any Graduate / Preferable Post Graduate from a B-school
Experience & Industry :
- 6 to 7 years of Experience in Outbound Sales in Insurance/ Financial Institution
