- Calling data dialing strategy with changes as and when required.
- Data spooling, churning, checking the duplicates etc
- Data analysis with regards to contact ability, penetration and conversion.
- Deep knowledge about People management and attrition control.
- Client management and reports management
- Ability to drive the team of 400 plus agents
- Graduate
- Practical knowledge about both progressive and predictive dialer working
- Minimum 8 years of experience in outbound calling
- Knowledge about formulas pertaining to shrinkage, attrition
