As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our outbound sales and inbound process operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of both processes, driving performance, and achieving key business objectives. This role requires a highly organized and results-oriented individual with a passion for operational excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead and oversee the outbound sales and inbound process operations to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with overall business goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage resources effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on operational performance to senior management.
- Drive employee engagement and development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
- Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on outbound sales and inbound processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
- Salary range: - 6,00,000 to - 8,00,000 per annum.
