Manager - Operations & Sales - IT Hardware/Telecom (6-10 yrs)
OBJECTIVE
Develop & manage the business to achieve and enhance sales, revenue and profit targets in existing / new accounts.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve coverage and take corrective steps to manage revenue shortfalls
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop & manage the business to achieve and enhance sales, revenue and profit targets in existing / new accounts.
Achieve assigned sales targets and product mix through effective sales management and development of area sales team.
To review the performance of his team towards achievement of branch targets, identify root causes for gaps & take corrective measures to address such gaps.
Provide appropriate directions, support and structured skill improvement inputs to front line sales consultants to develop them and enable them to achieve branch targets.
Promote and implement location specific and HO driven initiatives and customer care programs.
Plan and schedule customer visitations so as to capture, analyze and review customer feedback on products and services.
