Our Client is a 5-year old company which is an enterprise risk management services company with a special focus on Cyber Security, Risk Management, and Emerging Technologies. We are specialized in conducting cyber security awareness and advisory services for corporates as well as small and medium enterprises.
The Job
Responsibilities :
- Managing the day-to-day operations related to the events such as calls, emails and follow ups.
- Handling the client requirements for the events.
- Making the existing operational management systems, processes, and practices efficient.
- Ensuring smooth execution of the events.
- Having regular follow up calls with the clients.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Hosting and handling operational activities for the physical and virtual events.
- Looking after the B2B Sales.
- Managing the Client proposals and follow ups.
Ideal Candidate :
Key Competencies:
- We are looking for highly energetic, smart, presentable, self-motivated individual, with an ability to listen, learn and present.
- Possess good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Should have expertise in Excel and power point presentations.
- Should be comfortable to host virtual and offline events with a live audience.
- Be a good negotiator and ready to travel locally in and around Mumbai for meetings and events.
