- We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager based in Delhi NCR to oversee our organization's growth. You'll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader.

Responsibilities :

- Set and meet growth targets. This is how your performance will be judged. 

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

 - Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics 

- Engage the CEO and other stakeholders in all important matters

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors

- Experience in manufacturing, mobility or logistics industry is a plus

- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

- B Tech from top universities or MSc/MBA is a plus
