Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and drive our online sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have a solid understanding of online sales channels, and be adept at building relationships with clients, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth across multiple platforms (e.g., website, e-commerce platforms, social media).
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the online sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Provide training and support to ensure team members are equipped to succeed.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Report sales results and forecast trends to senior management regularly.
Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and online sales initiatives.
- Ensure seamless communication between sales and marketing departments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Market Research:
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
CRM Management:
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, sales progress, and customer interactions effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in online sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is essential).
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and sales reporting software.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Location: Must be based in Mumbai, as this is a work-from-office role.
