Manager - Online Reputation Management - IT (3-6 yrs)
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Understanding the ORM process in order to achieve operational efficiency.
- Having a solid grip of social media channels our business and users exist on.
- Monitoring feedback, complaints and suggestions on all the social media channels.
- Ensuring timely responses on these comments.
- Closely tracking popular sites and platforms to manage ratings and reviews.
- Creating regular ORM reports to be reviewed by seniors and for necessary action points, if any.
The Profile:
- You have at least 3 years experience in Social Media Marketing / handling social media channels related roles where you have had exposure to how businesses having high user interactions on social media channels and knowledge of how those processes work.
- In this role you will be creating, managing and developing Online Reputation in terms of reviews and ratings for the brand.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and other basic computer skills are required. You have solid understanding of various social media platforms and businesses' / products' reviews & ratings system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with customer empathy is required to perform in this role.
- You can think logically and reason out critical situations in order to mitigate issues with minimal damage. You are pro-active and a solid team player who can collaborate with internal teams and external parties as and when required.
