Our client is a designer footwear startup that brings a modern twist to traditional Indian footwear. The unique designs combine the patterns, prints, and embellishments of the past with a modern trendy style. The products are a combination of gorgeous artistic ideas and creative craftsmanship. Their distinguished designs have made it popular among the Indian film industry style stalwarts. These footwears have been donned by fashionistas like Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Anushka Sharma and many more. They have their designer boutiques in Delhi and Mumbai and a strong e-commerce presence catering to the national and international markets. The first flagship store was launched recently and is working with renowned designers.

The startup is founded by a young millennial fashion designer and has worked with huge fashion brands before starting her own business.

As Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for integrating digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, identifying search engine keywords for increasing business and traffic and submitting a daily report for new content


What you will do :


- Responsible for Off-page and on-page optimization


- Generating ideas based on research


- Creating and implementing the strategy for backlinks and traffic


- Should be to do One way Link building


- Responsible for Blog Postings & Commenting


- Guest Posting


- Preparing Keyword Ranking reports.


- Building strategic content framework


- Planning, designing and executing online customer acquisition campaigns


- Scaling and managing PPC and PPM campaigns across multiple channels


- Reporting KPI on a Daily/Weekly basis based on the KPIs defined for the campaign


- Identifying new opportunities to drive revenue and profitability through internal reporting and online tools


Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- Degree in Communications or Marketing

- 2-3 Years of Experience with Social Media Management, Marketing Experience, Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Design and Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis

- Experience with Major Social Media Platforms

Technology Skills

- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

- Attention to Detail

- Self-Motivated

- Creative Problem-Solving Skills
