Manager - Offline Sales Development - Cargo (1-2 yrs)
The Offline Development Manager is responsible for improving company revenue and customer loyalty in offline markets through the implementation of strategic business plans, continuous monitoring of market trends and company performance, supervision of GSA teams assigned in offline stations, and delivery of excellent customer service throughout the transportation chain.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business initiatives aimed to maximize revenue opportunities and improve LATAM Cargo's participation in offline markets.
- Conduct regular sales & market intelligence reports to follow-up on business opportunities and carry out specific action plans.
- Perform periodic competitive analysis for all the assigned territories
- Assist with the preparation of the sales budget and projections
- Make periodic visits to customers and participation in industry events and conferences to develop relationships and obtain new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage strategic alliances with offline carriers, including capacity and rate requests, joint business proposals, service monitoring and coordination with the interline and alliances teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to upper management to show sales performance, specific-project progression, and action plans.ons.
- Implement changes in systems and processes in order to improve customer service, assuring stakeholders support and successful transition to the business.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or any related field.
- Ability to synthesize information.
- Analytical and communication skills, negotiation skills, influence, Flexibility, leadership, and ability to work under pressure are key competences to succeed in this position.
- At least 12 months of experience.
