Manager - Offline Marketing - Education (1-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- We seek a proactive and experienced Team Lead to oversee and drive our Educational Outreach team. The successful candidate will lead a group of Offline Marketing Associates, ensure successful on-campus seminars, and optimise lead generation efforts. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Management :
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Offline Marketing Associates.
- Provide guidance on effective educational outreach strategies and lead generation.
Campaign Planning and Execution :
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute on-campus seminar campaigns.
- Ensure alignment with organisational goals and target audience engagement.
Relationship Management :
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions, key decision-makers, and influencers.
- Oversee the cultivation of partnerships with schools and colleges.
Lead Generation Optimization :
- Implement strategies to optimise lead generation during on-campus seminars.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving lead quality and quantity.
Training and Development :
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance presentation and public speaking skills.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
Performance Monitoring :
- Monitor and assess the performance of team members against set targets and key performance indicators.
- Implement corrective measures and recognise high performers.
Event Coordination Oversight :
- Ensure effective coordination of on-campus seminars, providing support to team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address logistics and resource needs.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Analyse data on lead generation, seminar success, and conversion rates.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, outlining team achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in educational outreach or marketing.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ed
