Manager/Officer - Business Development/Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- A sales officer is in charge of selling policies to potential customers. As the sales officer must both prospect for new customers and cultivate relationships with existing ones, the job typically requires a combination of sales and customer service skills.
Roles :
- Management of the Agency Partner and Agency Business modules.
- Leader of the Agency Channel in all elements of business and hiring.
- Ensure that the open position is hired and positioned properly.
- Managing the monthly business target for the Agency channel.
- Managing Agency Channel Team Development
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in sales and business development.
Age : 22 to 45
- Must be local candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in managing a sales team is a plus
