Manager - New Client Acquisition - Service Sales (7-13 yrs)
We are looking for Manager - New Client Acquisition (Service Sales) in Bangalore location.
Here is the basic requirement :
- Graduate with atleast 7+ years of experience.
- Ability to handle a team of 1 along with being an Individual Contributor.
- Experience in Field Sales and experience of working with bigger MNC and Enterprise Clients, preferably from IT Segment.
- Understanding of services business, selling of AMC Contracts, working with Facility Management companies like JLL, CBRE, C&W would be an advantage.
Brief JD :
- New lead generation and client acquisition activities related to AMC across the designated region.
- Enhancing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Presenting the company profile effectively and displaying the Value additions that we bring to the clients table.
- Focusing on Solutions selling and achieving sales commitments/Quotas as per set targets.
- Assessing competition and strategizing the way forward to close the sale.
- Engaging existing clients & key account management.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, helping stake holders during execution.
- Following the set sales procedures, updating status of every prospect/opportunity/client in Internal CRM.
- Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in industry related workshops.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintaining cordial relations with all internal departments for better productivity.
- Being a flag bearer of eZone Values and culture in external markets.
