1. Scope of role : To set up new franchise for channel expansion
2. Responsibilities :
- Working strongly on identifying new territory for channel expansion.
- Plan and execute business development strategies and hand holding for new set up centre.
- Sales reviews of new franchise team and conduct training.
3. Key deliverables :
- Setting up new franchise.

4. Person Profile :
He should have specific competencies such as motivating team members, lateral thinking,time management, planning, decision-making, business awareness.
Requirements:
Graduate with minimum 4+ years- experience in Business Development & marketing.
MBA preferred
Age group between 27 - 32 years
Good communication skills required
