Manager - Modern Trade/Sales - Consumer Electronics & Appliances (3-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handling consumer electronics and appliances Modern Trade business.
- Analysis & Develop Category wise Performance & Monthly Activation Plans.
- Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales Achievement v/s Targets
- Propose budget to liquidate ageing and non-moving stock.
- Distributor and Retail store Management. Adding new outlets and distributors.
- Developing Strong Distribution Channel.
- Team Handling. Be a role model for your team. Manage a team and keep them motivated
- Able to do target base sale on daily basis
- Responsible for the distribution and display of range of products in the area assigned to him in order to achieve Sales Target. Responsible for attending team member as per the set process.
- Responsible for Retail store visits, Market Mapping, Product Launch, Increase Brand Visibility, Brand Awareness, Sales, Collection, Marketing etc.
- Responsible for achieving daily demanding Sales Targets, for achieving the width and depth of Distribution, in store Brand visibility and to execute company's policy & strategies.
- To visit large format stores on regular basis for orders, feedback and for ensuring proper placement of our coolers.
- Ensure best display in all stores.
- Maintain MOP.
- Control whole selling.
- Training of Cluster manager /stores manager / floor staff.
- Distribute POP.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate with experience in Modern Trade.
- Better understanding of business module and Strong knowledge of local market and customer.
- Candidate should be Graduate
- Min 3-4 years of experience in Modern Trade only.
