Manager - Modern Trade - eCommerce (10-20 yrs)
About the role
To work with an organization's key accounts / customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee the Modern trade, E.com and Institutional sales Key Accounts businesses in organized trade.
2. Delivering on revenue and boosting profitability are major responsibilities.
3. Decide on an annual JBP with important clients from E. com and Modern Trade.
4. Explore new accounts across all channels in respective geographies.
5. Strive to list new products at all stores.
6. Oversee a group of executives and ASMs for different verticals.
7. Bulild and nurture relationship with key stake holders for long term sustainable business.
8. Oversee activations (promotions for customers, visibility campaigns) within the MTL budget that has been set.
9. Planning for promotions and category management.
10. Keep an eye on all accounts receivable to prevent past due amounts.
Educational Qualification
Postgraduate / MBA Marketing
Experience
- Proven experience in Modern Trade / Ecommerce / Institutional sales in FMCG Industry.
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
