Manager - MICE Sales (6-11 yrs)
Job Description:
- The incumbent will be responsible for outbound MICE sales majorly.
- Will need to develop new corporate clients and sustain existing clients through good relations.
- Strong MICE experience. Should be an outbound specialist.
- Ability to make decisions. Well spoken and smart individual.
- Good product knowledge on Destinations and MICE group operations.
- Should be graduate, preferably holding some diploma/degree in Tourism.
- Achieve budgeted sales targets in assigned area. Ensure NIL debtor outstanding, Add new corporate customers to data base.
- Conduct BD activities viz. road shows etc. Assist ops team / escort tours if needed.
- Submit MIS reports as prescribed.
- Assist team member to achieve their budgets & Monitor competitor activities.
- Network with industry stake holders.
- Liaise with Sr. management and create new products.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Team player & Zeal for new business segment acquisition.
- Last and most important should be from MICE sales background and not from Hotels and Airlines sales.
