Manager - Merchant Onboarding & Acquisition - Loan (5-10 yrs)
Hiring For Manager - Operations (Merchant Onboarding & Acquisition)
Key Responsibilities :
- Onboarding new merchants for the purpose of giving loans to the retailers & consumers.
- Segment and profile retailers for onboarding under customized credit offerings.
- Identify and build alliance with multiple NBFC and Banks to enable lending.
- Build expansion strategies and GTM to ensure MoM growth in portfolio.
- Bring in Doman expertise in all areas related to strategy, planning, sales, operations.
Required Skills & Qualification :
- Minimum work experience of 5 years.
- MBA from good College or University is required.
- Deep knowledge of lending in marketplace/E-Commerce environment.
- Desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; must be data driven.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Go getter attitude, high ownership with strong communication skills.
- Open minded but persistent to find innovative ways of acquisition.
- Proven ability of leading and guiding an acquisition team to achieve targets.
