Manager - Membership Sales - Hotels/Restaurant (3-8 yrs)
- Sales Manager, F&B will play an integral part in the seamless functioning of the Sales department.
- Their role will include, new member acquisition, membership programming, membership retention, member engagement, membership renewals within Jolie's Private Members Club.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
1. Contribute to developing the organization's sales strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
2. Support marketing strategy in increasing brand awareness
Membership Sales :
1. To achieve membership numbers & revenue goals by efficient contribution to the development and execution of sales plan.
2. In person sales meeting (in house as well as field sales), networking, show arounds and sales
3. Ensure member engagement through frequent interaction with members.
4. Consistently strategize on new member acquisition
Customer Development and Financial Management :
1. Contributing to the Annual Budgeting exercise.
2. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience for sales across multiple channels and customer touch points.
3. Utilize business analytics to determine customer segment, segmented sales strategy, and customer acquisition strategy.
People Management :
1. Develop an open, engaged and learning culture within the organization
2. Capability building and succession planning of Direct reports and understand their career needs
