- Achieve club monthly goals

- Prospect for new business on a daily basis

- Maximizes retention in their facility

- Oversees both new and current members relative to usage and success of their membership with Active Wellness.

- Calls new and current members regularly to ensure usage and satisfaction. Troubleshoots any problems along the way, with sensitivity to other departments.

- Be responsive to member feedback. Follow up with the member.

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
