Manager - Member Onboarding - eCommerce (2-4 yrs)
- Building a solid sales pipeline
- Reaching out to potential members
- Explaining to them the membership model and benefits so that they understand how a company can add value to their professional lives
- Handling any queries that potential members may have
- Following up with them to have a successful conversion
- You would be interacting with Founders, Directors, and CXOs of the top global companies so you must confidently engage with them
Ideal Candidate :
- 2-4 years of sales experience preferably in a startup environment to understand the hustle and chaos
- Comfortable working with targets
- Innovative and smart worker who knows how to prioritize ruthlessly
- Has a founder mindset since we are building a company from the ground up
- Understands that implementation>planning
- Has exceptional people skills and a strong sense of judgment
- Women candidates are preferred since we are building a network for women.
