Job Title : Sales Manager - Digital & Print Advertising

Job Summary :


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue generation through advertising in both digital and print formats. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring continuous business growth. The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity in identifying opportunities for increased sales and be responsible for end-to-end sales management, from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Achieve revenue targets through the sale of advertising space in digital and print platforms.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet short-term and long-term revenue goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and continuous growth.

- Generate innovative ideas to increase sales and enhance customer engagement.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, proposals, and presentations to management and clients.

- Conduct rigorous follow-ups with clients regarding progress, status, and any issues.

- Plan advertising account activities, including identifying customers, managing resources, and setting timelines.

- Interpret sales data and create compelling post-sales ROI reports and presentations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales activities.

- Travel as required for prospecting, client meetings, and closing deals.

Candidate Profile :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Experience : 4 to 8 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in online media and sponsorship sales.

- Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Attributes : A professional demeanor, strong work ethic, ability to build solid internal and external relationships, and the capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
