Manager - Media Planning (2-5 yrs)
Reporting to the Marketing Head, the Media Manager is responsible for media planning and buying for both digital & offline platforms, to amplify overall marketing and customer support initiatives, while building brand equity and improving awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Planning and buying media across TV, Print, OOH, Radio, Cinema
- Planning and buying media across Digital & Mobile - GDN, Mobile networks, OTT, Short video platforms, News aggregators, Branded content, Regional media, Music streaming, E-comm, Search Engine Marketing
- Liaise with media agency on strategy, planning and development and roll out of both Marquee campaigns and - always on- campaigns
- Liaise and build relationships with media houses/publishers for ensuring buying efficiencies
- Regular competition tracking & reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
- Track media budget and maintain reports to ensure compliance
- Hands on involvement in Campaign Management platforms
- Timely and accurate reporting of all campaigns as per agreed KPIs
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree with keen interest in advertising and marketing
- 2-4 years of experience in media planning ideally in a media planning agency or on the client side handling media strategy
- Worked on both traditional and digital space with a flair for cross amplification across platforms
- Should have directly interacted with media agency and publishers/media in earlier capacities
- Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making
- Detail oriented and understands the media planning and roll out process end to end
- Excellent negotiating skills to ensure the highest possible VFM for the brand
- Excellent at campaign monitoring and optimizing
