Marketplace Relationship Manager
- In this role, you will drive selling and profitability for the company's digital business by supporting the eCommerce team with site operations.
- You will support with reporting, commercial planning, site maintenance, promotional execution and ad hoc support. You will secure online profit and branding by providing an outstanding experience for our customers.
- Assist eCommerce Merchandisers in optimizing the customer journey and on-site experience by troubleshooting site-related incidents, supporting an enhanced customer experience
- Partner with Marketing, Commercial Merch Support, Online Operations teams to improve ways of working to drive profitable selling and secure the customer offer, including technical release, social media, customer service and on-site testing or offer set-up tasks
- Partner with Omni Merchandise Manager and Online Merchandisers to develop and maintain a product presentation strategy that supports the overall look and feel of the collection according to commercial guidelines and selling tendencies
- Manage and maintain reporting inclusive commercial review and season strategy reports
- Ensuring site stock availability by reconciling inventory data against on-site availability
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Create visibility for local teams while driving new solutions with global partners, such as Commercial Merch Support
- Proactive SKU management helping teams identify priority products to enable the warehouse teams to ensure speedy arrival of important articles
- Utilize internal programs to pull SKU's, data and manage inventory, working closely with Distribution Center
- Maintain and curate local site plan according to global guidelines and execute weekly linking and launching of global marketing campaigns through partnership with Omni Merchandise Managers and Online Merchandisers
- Responsible for full-cycle execution of sales, deals and general offers on EDRIO's site
- Maintain styles through entire life cycle and support end of production pricing strategy
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing teams on site content and merchandising
- Support with execution of special collections and collaborations e.g. Guest Designer including systematically holding articles until go-live date, securing product availability with logistics and ensuring successful campaign launch and shopping experience
- Support team on ad hoc analysis needed to take educated and informed decisions
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
