Manager - Marketing - Training Solutions/Publishing Services (3-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility:
Should be from a publication background
1. Primarily responsible for developing business for Strategy and Marketing based corporate training services.
2. To focus on specific industry verticals and develop a thorough knowledge of the industry trends and key people in the select verticals.
3. To make presentations to key decision-makers in the prospect organizations.
4. To understand trends in the market and enable the organization to develop new offerings to cater to specific needs
5. Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segments.
6. Management of new opportunities, within existing clients/new clients.
7. Manage Revenue Target for Domestic market
8. Managing a team of market research, business research, Database building & management, business opportunity analysis, Lead generation, etc.
9. Responsible for the development and delivery of short and long term strategic business goals. Strategy development, Planning, and Reporting
10. Prepare overall marketing strategy with senior management
11. Analyses market trends, recommend changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
12. Prepare and manage the overall marketing and business development budget Relationship Management
13. Identify, analyses, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
14. Develop and enhance business relationships fostering existing and new business and heighten awareness of the Group Management and Leadership
15. Build and maintain a high-performance culture through effective performance management, communication, and coaching of staff
16. Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues
17. Establish appropriate remuneration levels and performance-based conditions for the business development team.
