Manager - Marketing - Telecom (6-15 yrs)
Job Skills:
- Sound knowledge of Marketing strategies, preferably of Telecom/VoIP domain
- Excellent communication skills for communicating with international clients
- Should be able to interview, hire, and train marketing staff members
- Establishing marketing goals based on past performances and market forecasts
- Ability to oversee current offerings and coming up with initiatives for new campaigns
- Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Work with the sales team to develop detailed marketing plans for branding, marketing of all products.
- Completely responsible for planning marketing strategies - online/offline and execute the same
- Able to perform in the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
- Provide in-depth information to interested clients, and act as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
- Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product
- Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to management
- Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
