Manager - Marketing - Strategic Alliances & Partnerships (3-6 yrs)
Context & Role:
- The Candidate is responsible for developing Strategic alliances & Brand partnerships plans and implementing marketing strategies for the company.
- He/She will be in charge of conducting market analysis, segmentation, and positioning, and will be developing communication strategies, and implementing various marketing programs across the company and the various divisions
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with partners across Industries and segments with an intent to create products, services and business propositions which will drive incremental business to both sides of partnership
- Work with major banks, wallet companies, BFSI's, e-com/online & offline aggregators across retail, travel, cabs, groceries and other services, including media, large retailers
- Drive Market Growth through the increase in Engagement and Retention of Consumers, Brand Reach, etc.
- Working closely with External Partners, Agencies (including PR), and Cross-functional Matrix teams
- Alliances and Partnerships
- Creating and fostering new business relationships through marketing alliances and managing and taking existing relationships to a more meaningful level
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics :
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, .
- Marketing leader with strong Brand experience who has played a strategic role & led the function for major International or Regional Brand.
- Prior experience/ competency or ability to build social community would be another key criterion.
- Experience in devising Alliances & Partnerships based on Market Research.
- Ability to anticipate market changes which give the company new ways of meeting customer
- Excellent relationship management, communication and organizational skills
