Job Description : We are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to plan and oversee the organization's marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
- A successful Marketing officer must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures.
Job Responsibilities :
- Pitches to create New dealer activities b) willing to travelling & meet dealers c) analyse, arrive at the requirement of marketing to promote sales dealer wise and area wise and total state wise
- Planning of marketing activities & implementing it as per plan and budgets
- Capable of doing a) site visit b) influencer meets c) Developing dealer d) exhibition e) pitching projects f) training g) Tools carry
- He should have the knowledge how the marketing and its conversion into sales
- Team of 30 people - handling experience
- System & Process of implementation b) inspecting the completed works c) checking & processing the bills for payment
Requirements and skills :
- Should have Building Material Industry experience only.
- Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
