Manager - Marketing - SPM Manufacturing (12-15 yrs)
- Map the global market available to Products and create a prospect base, by conducting market surveys and extensive market studies.
- Based on inputs from Sales and Competition, identify future product needs and additional features for current product offerings, by conducting market surveys and extensive market studies.
- Create Business Cases for future requirements and coordinate with Engineering for Product Development, to arrive at To Do or Not to Do and to arrive at Make or Buy decisions.
- Collect and maintain competition information to present a complete market evaluation for specific products
- Develop a Marketing Strategy to engage the prospect base and facilitate the Sales Team into conversion.
- Create a Marketing Budget and Plan, seek approval execute the same, and create a base for the Sales Team to address
- Develop programs to maintain contact with and extend services to existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and create a reference base.
- Monitor and control marketing costs and to achieve maximum reach in targeted market.
- Provide technical and application information support to sales force as well as customers.
- Prepare instructional, descriptive, and application literature for existing and new products
- Prepare, maintain, and update documents and sales tools for using product presentations along with technical training seminars
- Identify, discuss internally, and prepare USP documentation for the entire product line.
- Maintain pricing information of products
- Monitor product sales to analyze pricing plus promotional requirements.
- Identify opportunities and execute marketing campaigns, participate in industrial Fairs/Exhibitions/Customer Specific Technology shows, to place products in the market place.
- Coordinate with vendors to design and set up stalls at Industrial Fairs/Exhibitions
- Brand Management - Ensure the brand is created and maintained in the targeted environment to achieve maximum benefits.
- Coordinate PR and Corporate Communications for the Organization to achieve the stated objectives of the Business Plans. (advertising included)
- Proactively look for ways of interacting with Customer Data Base to ensure customers are aware of developments and to maintain customer contact and develop customer loyalty
Requirements:
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be B.E. and MBA Mkt qualified with 12-15 years of experience.
