Manager - Marketing - Solar Products (5-10 yrs)
1. Develop marketing plans : Create and execute strategic plans to attract new customers and keep existing ones
2. Conduct market research : Identify new opportunities by researching the market
3. Create content/Power point/Presentation : Produce content for marketing, such as website banners, brochures, and case studies
4. Build relationships : Work with customers, partners, and industry influences to expand market reach
5. Stay up to date : Keep track of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory developments
6. Work with other teams : Collaborate with business development, deployment, product, and tech teams
7. Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our solar module products to different target markets and customer segments.
8. Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, including sales training materials, customer presentations, and competitive intelligence.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencer's, customers, and partners to drive brand advocacy and expand market reach.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field.
2. Five or more years experience in product marketing or related roles in the solar industry, preferably technologies.
3. Strong understanding of solar energy market dynamics, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive marketing content and deliver compelling presentations.
5. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed
7. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
