Manager - Marketing - Solar Product (4-8 yrs)
Marketing PV Products, Operational, and Customer Relationship Management in the area of Sales, delivery, and shipments.
Responsibilities and Duties :
1 Creating and Managing all marketing materials and collaterals in line with brand identity
2 Implementing online marketing activities including social media - Linked, Instagram, YouTube, blogging platforms
3 Managing communications spending and working with vendors and agencies to create marketing activities
4 Planning and implementation of PR activities
5 Identifying solar-related events across India and the globe to exhibit or visit.
6 Participating in renewable energy events - coordinating with the event organizers from the allotment of the stall till the exit formalities. (National and International)
7 Coordinating with the Stall fabricator vendors for the stall designs and execution of the agreed design for the events for which the company will be exhibiting.
8 Promote the company products during events through online and offline channels such as social media platforms, magazines, digital PR etc.
9 Plan interviews at the time of events through magazine companies
10 Craft and send regular news newsletters with company updates and event invitations
11 Monitor corporate websites, corporate video, and social media pages and address clients queries or comments
12 Gather customer feedback to inform sales team
13 Update regularly in the ENF Solar Portal
14 Collaborating with cross-functional teams - IT, Quality, purchase, sales, etc to create promotional materials
15 Regularly update company profile and product datasheets
16 Obtaining necessary consent and approvals from the management on all marketing collaterals
17 Regularly creating new email signatures and Business cards of the new joiners
18 Coordinating with the Printing vendors on the print of brochures, flyers, business cards, letterheads, Envelops and any other printing materials
19 Regularly communicating with a renewable magazine and non- renewable magazine companies on print ads, interviews, publishing of articles, press notes, company profiling, etc
20 Regularly communicating with magazine companies on the upcoming conference sessions or summits
21 Coordinate with vendors on corporate gifting for Diwali and New year and gifts during events
22 Research on a new magazine or PR opportunities international
23 Check for renewable-related award ceremonies or promotional award ceremonies and participate
24 Coordinate with the Creative team on social media creatives,magazine ad creatives, stall poster designs etc on a regular basis
25 Coordinating with the internal team for In-house office branding
