Manager - Marketing & Sales - Steel (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Developing ideas steel market place presence & drive revenue; established new markets & channel partners
Maintaining productive business relations at decision making levels with high profile key accounts and ensuring their continued patronage with prompt and cost effective services
- Proficiency in designing and implementing strategy that fulfill the objectives, maximizes revenues, profits and market share of the company while streamlining overall operations pertaining to business development and customer service
- Competent in rolling out sales strategies to capture and retain a respectable market share in competitive business scenario gathering, consolidating and communicating market information including competitor activities, pricing inputs, market development and other relevant details ensuring that management is accurately informed
- Excels in carrying out the company's brand name in the market and increasing the profitability of the company, by aiming to sell the value added products at a higher margin
- Acting as a liaison between the management and the customers and try to meet the expectations of both of them
- Coordinating the entire sales activity from order intake till delivery
- Capable of taking constant feedback to the management from the market and decide on future strategy
- Skilled at managing complete sales cycle, from lead generation till collections & getting repeat business from the existing clients
- Working with multiple departments and communicating with the customer base, the sales department to confirm technical & commercial functionality outside the realm of its knowledge to help close a sale.
- Exposure in activities related to demand planning & forecasting for SKU on the basis of Sales forecast received from Auto Segment,Bearing, PEB, White Goods, business & constructions, drum & Barrels, Agricultural, yellow Goods, earth equipment, General Engineering, fabricators .
