- We are recruiting for "Marketing & Sales Manager" for a manufacturing company in Chembur, Mumbai.

- Established in 1967, this company is a Manufacturer & Global Supplier of Ferro Alloys Powders, Metal Powders, Minerals, Chemicals and Steel Strips. These products are used as raw materials in various industries which include, Welding Electrodes, Flux Cored Wire, Wear Plates, Powder Metallurgy, Hard Metal, Diamond Tools, Aerospace, etc.
- The company has its own manufacturing plant at Khopoli, Maharashtra along with adequate warehousing facilities, modern computerized infrastructure, experienced and professional executives and a very sound financial base, to provide a strong back-end support to its activities. Also we have Warehouse at Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai.
Job Description :
1. Agile Technical Marketing and Promotion of Products
2. Business Development, New Enquiry generation
3. Recommending Solutions based on Technical Specifications
4, Value Management
5. Key Account Management
6. Handling Product Portfolio
7. Business Analysis, Competitor Profile mapping
8. Marketing
9. 8-12 Years in the International Business of Engineering/Welding Consumables with a proven track record.
10. Sometimes you need to visit outside, like Outdoor visits.
11. Sometimes abroad visits are required for business development or expansion.
12. Candidates required skills for Sales & Marketing Skills for Value Selling, Extensive Industry Contacts, Great communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, Fluency in English and Hindi, Go Getter Attitude, able to handle team size of 4-5 staff.
Expected Output: Developing Business base with new Accounts, adding Businesses in existing Accounts
Salary CTC: 7-8 LPA (Salary is no Bar)
Working Days : Monday to Saturday ( Saturday Half Day)
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM for Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM Half Day
