Marketing Manager
- Sales Manager are administrators that work with organizations sales teams to select the best approaches to improve client acquisitions. They aid higher administration in materializing opportune sales goals, oversee the movements of sales workers, and cooperate with commerce teams to expand brand presence.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies
- Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents
- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped
- Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
Requirements Skills :
- Strong closing skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Great networking abilities.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 22 to 37 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Minimum 2 Years in sales and Marketing
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- One who ready for challenges.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
