Manager - Marketing & Sales - FMCG (3-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities-:
- Creating, monitoring, and evaluating marketing programs and activities.
- Planning, visiting, and execution for ATL and BTL activities including designing.
- Communication across E-commerce, retail and institutional sales and promos.
- Working in tandem with creative, sales, and production teams internal and external in developing customer-specific programs/ activities.
- Apply oneself to Increase the sale value with trending online and offline marketing strategies/ideas.
- Vendor management.
- To handle social media platforms.
- Visiting the market and identifying key challenges and gaps to find effective solutions within the scope of marketing.
- Timely reporting and updates on all marketing activities.
- Mapping market trends and competitor analysis for new product development in the market.
- Responsible for portfolio management, product pricing, packaging, and in-store communications.
- Should conceptualize brand ideas for website, videos, photoshoots, brochures, newsletter and internal communications.
- To conduct the necessary market research activities to gain feedback from the customers.
- Responsible for Trademarks and IP for the brand.
Eligibility Criteria-:
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing/sales/trade fields within F&B, HORECA, and/or Retail industry.
- Bachelor's degree required- MBA preferred.
- Ability to develop presentations and present ideas and plans well.
- Operates with a sense of urgency and strong leadership and drive for results.
- Strong communication skills with strategic capability and experience in marketing development, assessment, and strategic planning.
- Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver on timelines with strong follow-ups.
