- Proven track record : 1+ years of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, with a focus on life insurance.
- Education : A bachelor's degree is essential.
- Right fit : You're a motivated individual between 22 and 37 years old and have been a resident for at least 3-5 years.
