Manager - Marketing - Real Estate (8-12 yrs)
- Market research, brand perception studies and consumer profiling.
- Effective usage of ATL and BTL activities to communicate brand attributes.
- Participate in development of marketing strategies and brand building exercises to increase market share.
- Planning and Initiating Cross promotional tie-ups drive with the associated brands to increase brand equity.
- Continuously monitor competition activities in media and on ground and highlighting it within the team.

- Generating prospective leads through various mediums viz Corporate activity, RWA- s, Tech Park, Expo, Online portals, Inserts, Banner activity etc,
- Monitor expenses & prepare regular MIS on every marketing program.
- Liaison with various vendors for various options, estimation and interacting with accounts for the timely release of the vendor payment.
- Sourcing and procurement of sales tools and takeaways at the given budget.
- Identifying different opportunities brand penetration activities
- Candidate with a Vehicle preferred
