Manager - Marketing - Real Estate (8-10 yrs)
- Identify, develop & evaluate over-all marketing plans & strategies based on Acme's goals & objectives.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities & policies to promote services/ products while working with advertising and promotion team.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, Trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production team to market Acme's services/ products.
- Creating Marketing information system for market analysis, planning, implementation and for controlling responsibilities.
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure sale & profitability of Acme's service lines by analysing business development and monitoring market trends.
- Monitoring marketing environment by identifying trends and convert them into opportunities. Identify areas for market segmentation by analyzing behavior of client as a consumer.
- Setting marketing strategies, pricing policies and formulating Acme's response to competitive price change.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
- Initiate market research studies and analyse findings. Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services
- Effective management of marketing channels, designing and managing integrated marketing communication tools and measuring the effectiveness of the same.
- Build brand equity. Review marketing programs for evaluating desired effect on maximising Acme values.
- Dealing with competition keeping in view the strategies, objectives, strengths and weaknesses of Competitors.
- Confer with legal team to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing etc.
- Maintaining business database and MIS Reporting.
- Supervises: The position oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities of Acme's Marketing plans.
- Coordinates with: Business Development team and other departments for strategizing and implementing Marketing activities.

PERSON OVERVIEW :
Qualification: Graduate from any stream and MBA with Marketing specialization/ Post-graduation qualification in Marketing from a top B-School.
Additional Qualification:
- Diploma/ Crash Course in Design/ Graphics/ Digital Marketing/SEO/ Social Media/ Content Writing is a definite advantage.
Experience: Over-all hard-core marketing experience of 7+yrs with a minimum of 3 years from Corporate Interior Fit-out Industry/ Construction or allied Industries.
