Category Management
- Responsible for category development, branding, communication, and content generation.
- Drive enquiry and generate site visits for the projects.
- Ideate, conceptualise, and drive consumer demand via offline, online, and social media marketing activities.
- Identify and manage consumer segments, design, and drive consumer engagement to improve performance from each segment.
- To plan strategic and tactical promotional activities by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirement to drive demand.
- Responsible for end-to-end customer loyalty/referral program success
- Accountable to maintain a major mix of reference bookings.
- High focus towards execution abilities as the person will be driving implementation of all plans in various projects with clear focus on driving quality demand and site visits.
Marketing Operations
- To evaluate marketing campaigns and prepare activity reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales data for the campaign effectiveness.
- To monitor competitor activity, market trends, collect competition data, new project information, pricing, and advertising etc.
- Media planning and buying, Agency/Photoshoot management and vendor management.
- Responsible for website content and specifications update.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
