Manager - Marketing - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
1. Develop and Implement Integrated Marketing Strategies :
- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate online and offline channels to reach target audiences effectively.
- Identify key objectives, target markets, and customer segments for each channel and align marketing efforts accordingly.
2. Manage Marketing Team :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals, including specialists in online and offline marketing disciplines.
- Set clear goals and performance targets for team members, providing guidance and support to achieve objectives.
3. Campaign Planning and Execution :
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to develop compelling campaign materials and assets for both digital and traditional platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
4. Product Marketing :
- Work closely with product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and customer needs.
- Develop product marketing strategies and launch plans to drive awareness, adoption, and sales of new products or services.
- Create compelling product messaging and collateral for use in marketing campaigns and sales enablement.
5. Online Marketing :
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including but not limited to :
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Email Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Display Advertising
- Monitor online metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
6. Offline Marketing :
- Plan and execute marketing activities through traditional channels, such as print, television, radio, outdoor advertising, and events.
- Coordinate with media partners, agencies, and suppliers to ensure effective execution of offline campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor offline metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
7. Event Management :
- Plan and organize events, exhibitions, trade shows, and sponsorships to promote the brand, products, or services offline.
- Coordinate logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and staffing to ensure successful participation in offline events and activations.
8. Print Advertising :
- Plan and execute print advertising campaigns in newspapers, magazines, trade publications, and other print media.
- Develop creative concepts, design ad layouts, negotiate media placements, and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of print ads.
9. Broadcast Advertising :
- Plan and execute broadcast advertising campaigns on television and radio to reach target audiences through audio and visual mediums.
- Develop creative concepts, produce ad content, negotiate media buys, and monitor ad performance to optimize campaign effectiveness.
10. Outdoor Advertising :
- Plan and execute outdoor advertising campaigns on billboards, transit ads, posters, and other out-of-home (OOH) media.
- Select strategic locations, design eye-catching visuals, negotiate placements, and measure the impact of outdoor ads on brand visibility and awareness
11. Direct Mail Marketing :
- Plan and execute direct mail campaigns to target specific audience segments with personalized marketing materials.
- Develop creative mailers, manage mailing lists, coordinate printing and distribution, and track response rates to assess campaign ROI.
12. Analytics and Reporting :
- Track and analyze marketing metrics and performance indicators across online and offline channels.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions for optimization and improvement.
