ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Marketing Activities

- Monitoring Leaflet distribution activities

- SMS and Whatsapp Messaging Marketing Activity Handling through Images and Videos.

- Data collection and analyzing with reports of marketing campaign.

- Visitor Orientation

- Hospitality to the Client.

- Treating them in a way that they feel Privileged and Important to us.

- Greetings to visitors and getting their information in terms of Data Collection.

- Introduce Shaligram Group in Detail - to begin with the conversation.

- Site visitor Orientation about project & amenities step by step through SCRIPT.

- Sample flat touring with visitors

- Lead Management [ Mera CRM ]

- Mera CRM calling.

- MeraCRM - Excel/Data Management for helping Marketer with Marketing Strategy.

- Aim to convert the Lead into higher level of Conversion.

CRM activities :

- CRM Activities Management.

- Solving Queries of the Existing Client or New, if any.

- Managing Customers Feedback.

- Taking Customers feedback on giving possession after 2 months

- Work upon scope of improvement in Customers Experience.

- Regular quality calls to every visitors for their feedback

- Wishes on special days.

- Shall take hospitality feedbacks from the Visitors regularly

- Back End Job

- Supporting Existing customers with their home loan related things with support of Finance dept

- Visiting Banks whenever required.

- Assisting Admin for Loan Procedure.

- Filling the DPR - Google Form every day.

- Calling the Head, end of the day for the days update and information.

- Learning

- Real Estate market updates - for knowledge and Information.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

- Minimum Graduate, MBA more preferable

PREFERRED SKILLS :

- Effective Communication, Goodnetworking ability with MS office proficient.

- Good Presentation & Report making Skills &Strong attention to detail

- Good teamwork skills& Sales Negotiating Skills,

- Good Organization and Planning Skills

- Commercial awareness & Numerical Skills, Data Analysis
