Manager - Marketing - Real Estate (10-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitor analysis, and industry trends
- Manage the company's brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital (website, social media, email marketing, etc.), print, and traditional media channels
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI (Return on Investment) of marketing initiatives
- Analyze marketing data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals (if applicable)
-Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support their efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10-15 years of experience in real estate marketing
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management and budget development (a plus)
