Manager - Marketing - Polymer Preform (8-10 yrs)
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for their Preform business by developing and executing strategic marketing plans. You will leverage your expertise in the Polymer Preform industry and marketing best practices to establish brand positioning, identify target markets, and create impactful campaigns across various channels and segments.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing:
- Establish clear market positioning and identify key target audiences for Preform products.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans with specific objectives, aligned with overall business goals.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market data, and marketing best practices to formulate successful strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for market expansion.
Campaign Management:
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from ideation to completion, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Measure and analyze campaign performance through data analysis, extract key insights, and present recommendations for future campaigns.
- Create formal proposals outlining marketing tactics and their expected impact.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and refine lead nurturing tactics.
- Utilize various digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, SEO, SEM) to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, lead generation, and marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
Additional responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and marketing innovations.
- Generate regular reports for senior management on marketing activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the Preform industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong understanding of marketing best practices, market research methodologies, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- PG in Marketing or a related field.
- Prior experience with managing polymer Preform products is a must.
Reporting to SBU Head.
