We are hiring a Marketing Manager

Responsibilities and Duties
-Experience in Payroll Manpower Services Company/Corporate/B2B/Field Marketing is Mandatory
- Regular Field visit and generate lead's thereby converting into prospect Marketing .
- Reach out to prospective clients through various marketing channels (cold call, in-person meetings etc.).
- Connect with existing clients of Payroll Manpower Services to identify and follow-up on potential Marketing opportunities.
- Independently Handle Sales Department and put own efforts to ensure new Sales / Business development targets are met.
- Reporting to Business Head and Managing Director.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration,
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
- Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
- Understanding of public relations.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change.
