.Job Description
We seek an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee the end-to-end marketing activities for Hoi. As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through online and offline channels. Additionally, you will collaborate with external agencies to support the marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills,
and a passion for B2C tech-driven business.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on four key areas of the Hoi product & business -
- Acquisition
- Activation
- Retention
- Referral
- (Not all stages would be focused on simultaneously, but experience and knowledge about each of these areas is required.)
- Be responsible for the KPIs when it comes to each of the above areas
- CAC, Conversion rates, Download rates (for acquisition)
- Focused & Blended Conversion rates, MAU, DAU (for activation)
- Efficacy of Communication, NPS (for retention)
Referral Rates (for Referral) :
- Have a deep understanding of the following topics -
- App Store Optimization
- Google Keyword Planner
- Google Analytics
- Communication Engines
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Own the data and analysis of data when it comes to all things marketing & marketing campaigns.
Good to Haves
- Understanding of offline marketing & tracking
- Travel / Lifestyle industry experience
- Experience having worked closely with product, design & partnership teams
- No code tools for growth hacking
- Prior knowledge of running programmatic advertising on digital channels
- Experience working with creative and media buying agencies
- Good aesthetic sense for collateral and ad design
- Strong communication skills for managing upward & sideway communication
