Manager - Marketing - Parlour (6-15 yrs)

Marketing Manager for parlour business will be responsible for driving business growth,building the brand, and leading the innovation process for the portfolio. Marketing Manager's focus will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that will ensure same store sales growth & increasing market share. He/ She will work cross-functionally to execute these strategies and provide support to the operations team.

Annual Planning & Execution

- Develop and implement annual marketing plan to achieve Parlour's top line and bottom line

- Executing & monitoring monthly activities to achieve SSSG targets and support new outlet opening

- Drive volume and value growth across regions to deliver on the annual marketing plan.

- Closely liaison with central marketing team to ensure campaign planning of parlour are in line with overall brand campaigns

Retail Branding , Campaign , Activation & CRM

- Develop and implement marketing, branding, and communication strategies, including campaigns, content, design, events, digital marketing, and PR.

- Plan & Implement the CRM interventions using technology like WA, SMS, Emailers to drive repeat consumption

- Engage with creative/activation agencies to develop and execute the branding elements, communication & activation activities

Consumer Promo /Schemes

- Design consumer promotions/schemes/initiatives for increasing consumer offtakes.

Category, Competition & Consumer Analysis

- Drive consumer understanding for overall brand as well as the portfolio categories to feed into initiative planning.

- Tracking competition and category trends on retail and devise plan of action

- Regular market visit and work closely with regional team to understand market specific challenge and suggest action plan

New Product Development

- Develop new product for parlours basis strong category , competition and consumer understanding for various regions

- Own the overall stage gate process for developing from idea generation to execution

Budget Management

- Manage portfolio A&SP budgets.

Cross functional working

- Participate in the demand and supply planning process/S&OP process.

- Work closely with the cross functional teams purchase , finance , legal , central marketing team, supply chain & IT to drive various initiatives

Analysis & Reporting

- Weekly and monthly analysis of performance of various intervention & reporting

- Analyse performance of outlets on monthly basis and suggest LAM interventions.
