Manager - Marketing - Oncology/Pharma (6-14 yrs)
a. Should be a B.Pharma or M.Pharma Graduate + MBA - Sales & Marketing
b. Should have atleast 10 years experience in marketing / selling Oncology related products
c. Should be willing to work out of Hyderabad
d. Marketing & Sales experience is preferred
e. Should focus on Brand strategy & Marketing of Oncology Products across the country preferably in the southern & western state
f. The role holder will proactively drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content with Oncologists on a variety of tumour types (Brest, RCC, Hematology, Lung etc) and be an expert in broader Oncology disease management.
g. Will serve as a first-hand contact for the Top institutes in the region, understand their needs for the Oncology portfolio and address customer requirements. The individual will also liaison with other key stakeholders (i.e., Administration head, Procurement, Paramedics) in the value chain, map insights and bridge the information with CBL, Sales lead, SME organization.
h. (S)He will streamline customer interface by acting as single POC for proactive & seamless (compliant) connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources within and outside the Category for top tier Oncology HCPs and Centers of Excellence.
i. Will serve as first-hand contact for top institutes in the country/region, expected to understand institution needs for the Oncology portfolio and offer bespoke customer solutions.
- Will be responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model platforms (j.e.g., Digital Engagement Portal).
j. Will have strong knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection
k. Will work with the Health Solutions Manager to attain improved patient outcomes through HCP and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise
l. Actively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives (Commercial only) and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education addressing external bureaucracy
m. Will serve as a central point of contact and SME on medicines and treatment journey, access/out of pocket costs, treatment initiation process, ongoing management, and adherence issues
